We are pleased to announce that the last date to participate in the General Block Plots Balloting at Lakeshore City is 10th Oct 2026, Insha’Allah. To qualify for this ballot, members must complete at least 60% of their total payment. Please note that members who fail to clear 60% of the amount by the deadline will not be included in the balloting process.
Important Guidelines:
- All payments must be deposited through official banking channels only.
- Payment slips/receipts must be submitted to the Lakeshore City Office or uploaded via the official customer portal for verification.
- Members with outstanding dues are strongly advised to clear them before the deadline (10th Oct, 2026) to secure eligibility.
- The ballot will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner through a computerized automatic balloting system for all eligible members.
- Limited inventory is available, and will be processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: In case of a delay in installment, Late payment surcharge and revision of the payment plan will be applicable
