The story started

Established in 1975 in Karachi, Pakistan, Al Sadat Group boasts a rich history. It started as a timber wholesale and import business in the 1980s. In the 2000s, the company expanded its operations and began importing timber from Kashmir to Karachi, further strengthening its position in the market. During the years 2000 to 2010, Al Sadat Marketing ventured into global timber imports, broadening its reach and establishing itself as a prominent player in the industry. With its headquarters located at Haji Camp Saddique Office, Orangi Town, and Gojira Camp in Karachi, the company gained a strong presence in the timber market. In 2015, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, the visionary behind the Al Sadat Group, explored new avenues and laid the foundation of Al Sadat Associates. This move marked a significant step in the company’s growth and expansion into the real estate sector. Building on the foundation of Al Sadat Associates, the company transformed in 2018 and rebranded itself as Al Sadat Marketing, focusing on real estate marketing and consultancy services. In 2021, Al Sadat Marketing continued to expand its operations and opened an open office in Blue Area, Islamabad, further strengthening its presence in the real estate market. The company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has driven its success. In 2023, Al Sadat Marketing reached another milestone with the foundation of Lakeshore City (LSC), a prestigious project that showcases the company’s dedication to creating unique residential and commercial spaces. Today, Al Sadat Marketing has established branches not only in various cities across Pakistan but also in Dubai and England, catering to the diverse needs of its clients. With a strong history and a commitment to quality, Al Sadat Marketing continues to be a trusted name in the real estate and marketing industry.
